Data Deletion Policy

At CodyWood, we support your right to control your digital footprint. Under standard compliance practices (including GDPR and regional data acts), users have the right to request the complete deletion of any personal data stored inside our databases.
1. What Data We Store
We only store information required for workspace management, which includes room history logs, associated usernames, and agent context definitions. We do not store credit card parameters or sensitive personal identifiers.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion by choosing one of the following options:
- Submit a request directly via our Contact Form with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Please specify your registered user name or email.
- Send an email directly to contact@codywood.in.
3. Processing Timeframe
Once a request is verified, our database administrators will permanently purge all related database records (including message rows, custom room associations, and cache entries) within **72 business hours**. You will receive an automated confirmation email once the process is complete.
4. Retention of Regulatory Log Data
Certain minimal operational logs may be retained for security auditing or regulatory compliance purposes as required under Indian jurisdiction guidelines.
