You agree to use this site and our workspaces only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized access to workspaces (including testing exploits or brute-forcing administrator accounts) is strictly prohibited. Access to administrative paths `/workspace-hub/` and room nodes is strictly gated behind superuser authentication rules.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, wireframe core canvas animations, logos, and custom code modules built within the CodyWood environment are the intellectual property of CodyWood. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any code without explicit authorization.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our AI agents, trading bots, and anti-gravity lab research code are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that AI agent outputs are completely error-free or that the workspace connections will be uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

CodyWood and its engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your access or inability to access the secure administrative hubs.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
